Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Certain items such as intimate apparel or final sale items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
